Enjoy sitting on our wrap-around porch and taking in the view or take a walk at Bennett Spring State Park where more than 100 million gallons of clear, cool water gush from Bennett Spring each day forming a spring branch that is stocked daily with rainbow trout. All rooms are on the lower level. There are no stairs to climb.

Rental Fees
$84.33 per guest/per night
2 guests/2 nights minimum
$75.00 cleaning fee
A $150 fee is required to secure the group reservation. This fee is a deposit and will be applied toward the rental fee.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit fee is only refundable if you cancel 60 days before your scheduled arrival date. Full payment is required 35 days before your arrival date and is non-refundable.
We are a vacation rental by owner property for adults 18 and over.
Smoking and pets are prohibited anywhere on the property.
